Refund Policy
For Photography Prints

All prints are made to order. Because of this, refunds or exchanges are not typically offered.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds will only be issued in cases where a replacement cannot be provided.

For Photography Services (Sessions, Weddings, Events)

Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your booking date and cover initial preparation time.

If you need to cancel, refunds of any additional payments (beyond the deposit) are available only if cancellation is made at least 4 weeks before the scheduled session.

In case of unforeseen circumstances where we must cancel, a full refund (including deposit) will be issued, or we will reschedule at no additional charge.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a session once without penalty, provided at least 7 days notice is given.

Last-minute rescheduling less than 4 days may result in a rescheduling fee.

Digital Files

Due to the nature of digital photography, all sales of digital files are final once delivered. No refunds or exchanges will be given.
