Refund Policy

For Photography Prints

​

  • All prints are made to order. Because of this, refunds or exchanges are not typically offered.

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Refunds will only be issued in cases where a replacement cannot be provided.

For Photography Services (Sessions, Weddings, Events)

​

  • Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your booking date and cover initial preparation time.

  • If you need to cancel, refunds of any additional payments (beyond the deposit) are available only if cancellation is made at least 4 weeks before the scheduled session.

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances where we must cancel, a full refund (including deposit) will be issued, or we will reschedule at no additional charge.

Rescheduling

​

  • Clients may reschedule a session once without penalty, provided at least 7 days notice is given.

  • Last-minute rescheduling less than 4 days may result in a rescheduling fee.

Digital Files

​

  • Due to the nature of digital photography, all sales of digital files are final once delivered. No refunds or exchanges will be given.
